About the work
This image features four boys from the Chemehuevi Valley Indian Reservation shyly posing on an old truck that has been sitting in the yard across from mine for about 20 years. The beautiful patina of the trick combines with the traditional clothing of the young boys posing on an old truck reminds us of the humanness of small children everywhere no matter their race, religion, nor place of origin. They all seem to play the same.
